1. Responsible for the development and maintenance of domestic manufacturers;

2. Connect with the manufacturer, confirm the production progress, track and follow up the entire production process, and timely feedback the real-time situation;

3. Responsible for communication and coordination with manufacturers on abnormal orders;

4. Confirm and provide forwarder information, assist shipping to arrange shipment, and be responsible for logistics work such as transportation and submission of export goods;

5. Cooperate with the finance department to conduct export write-off and tax refund;

6. Effective communication on domestic and foreign work matters;

7. Complete other tasks assigned by company leaders and department leaders.

Job Requirements 

1. Aged 25-35, major in business English, marketing, international trade, finance, etc.;

2. Engaged in foreign trade work for more than 2 years;

3. Familiar with foreign trade process, independent business operations;

4. Cet-6 or above, proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing;

5. Familiar with international trade laws, regulations, conventions and practices, familiar with foreign trade rules and policies;

6. Knowledge of tariff systems and non-tariff regulations of various countries, international exchange and payment;

7. Good communication, coordination and execution skills, practical and serious work, strong sense of responsibility, with a certain ability to work under pressure;

8. Have good word processing ability and confidentiality awareness.
